The Bay Country account team was very nice & Shanon answered all my questions concerning my loan. Daniel assisted with the final paperwork, which only took less than 1hr. I like that Bay Country had the option to send the loan money directly to my account for a small fee. I will continue to do business with the Ownings Mills branch.

Had an amazing experience today!!! We was greeted by Shan when we arrived she was very pleasant. She started our process and then Aaron stepped in. We had a few minor issues that was on our end but Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we secured the loan. He was very professional and informative. The process was smooth thanks to them! I would highly recommend this location. Reisterstown road to be exact.
