consumer finance institution is seeking an Account Representative to become a part of our
Winning Team!
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships.
- Advise borrowers on account status and payment methods.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Loan closing offering the company’s products.
- File loan applications and supporting documents.
- Make collection calls.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Provide customer service to new and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices and CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual capability preferred, but not required
