The office staff at my branch are amazing. I've been with my brach for over 10 yrs. Even during Covid they worked with customers to help through those dark times. Like I said My Branch is tops. They've always been upfront with everything.

I happen to have a few unexpected emergencies come up in the last couple of months. It did wrecked havoc on my financial status. So I went to Bay Country Financial and received excellent service from the time I walked in! They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using them if you happen to have some financial difficulties in your life. Have a great day.

I've returned from many years ago to get another loan. It was quick and easy. I know everyone has a time where they just need a little help and they are a great resource. The only thing is hard to find someone to cash the check. I would suggest having a direct deposit option for loans

I would definitely recommend this place. They help borrowers qualify for their loan even with imperfect credit and I was one of them. The loan process was quick, smooth and I was in and out of their office within an hour. Great customer service!!!
